Logicor

Goldbeck Nederland has realized a state-of-the-art distribution center of approximately 40,000 m² for Logicor at the Flevopoort business park in Lelystad. The complex consists of three flexibly divisible units ranging from 13,000 to 14,000 m², each with its own office space and mezzanine. The building has been designed with a strong focus on sustainability and energy efficiency, resulting in a BREEAM Very Good certification and an A+++ EPC classification. Thanks to a smart energy management system, solar panels, and an integrated energy storage system, the complex functions partly off-grid, making it less dependent on the overloaded electricity grid.

With a clear height of 12.20 meters, 35 loading doors, and three overhead doors, the distribution center meets the highest logistics standards. Its location near the A6, Lelystad Airport, and excellent public transport connections makes it a strategic site for logistics operations. Goldbeck's modular construction method and focus on sustainability have contributed to the successful realization of this future-proof logistics hub.
