Blue Buildings provide clear targets for nine key parameters that are essential for the sustainable design, construction, and operation of your industrial building. The Blue Building concept is based on a type approval by the Dutch Green Building Council (DGBC). Our Blue Buildings are based on ESG criteria and established sustainability standards and certification systems such as BREEAM, and can be combined with GPR. As a BREEAM certificate can only be awarded after completion, this approach already provides clarity and certainty at an early stage regarding the achievable sustainability level. From energy and material efficiency to CO₂ footprint and circularity, and from biodiversity to user comfort: our Blue Buildings offer concrete solutions and measures for an environmentally responsible realisation.
